The Platform is owned by Pelican Tours, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Shefali Center 306, 3rd Floor, Opp. Mehandi Nawaz Jung Hall, Paldi, Ahmedabad-380006, Gujarat - India (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner," “we,” “us,” “our”).
Your use of the Platform, services, and tools are governed by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform, including the applicable policies incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies applicable to such transactions. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner, and these Terms and Conditions, including the policies, constitute your binding obligations.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through your registered account on the Platform.
The contents of the Platform, including design, layout, look, and graphics, are proprietary and licensed to us. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
The Platform and services may contain links to third-party websites. Accessing these links will subject you to the respective third-party terms and conditions.
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages exceeding ₹100 or the amount paid for the services giving rise to the cause of action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Domestic Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@pelicantours.in.
